1. How to mount the Tapo C403?
Refer to the Quick Installation Guide on the official website. 
 

2. Can the battery of the Tapo C403 be removed?
The battery cannot be removed. However, it can be used in conjunction with solar panels to provide continuous charging, eliminating the risk of running out of electricity.

 

3. Does the camera have to be connected to the router's Wi-Fi or the Hub?
The camera can only connect to the router's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and does not need Hub connections.

 

4. Is it possible for the camera to record continuously?
No, even with an SD card inserted, the camera is not able to record continually. Continuous recording consumes power quickly and will require you to charge the battery frequently. We recommend purchasing a non-battery camera model if you want to record continuously.

 

5. Is it possible for the camera to capture video even when it's not connected to the internet?
Yes, the camera can continue to record video to the SD card even when it is not connected to the internet.

 

6. Which Solar Panel can work with Tapo C403?
