So, I've been trying to troubleshoot this with the support team via email, and it has gotten better, but it's still not working right.  There is one area, to the far right of my driveway camera's view, that detection of anything doesn't work at all.  No motion, no people, not pet.  I did have to turn vehicle detection off bc my Explorer is parked in view and it was constantly notifying me.  I bought and installed all 3 of my cameras at the same time, but the driveway cam is the only one with any issues.  It does not pick up anything to the right of my vehicles passenger corner front bumper.  Which is still in view and zones set.  Basically, if anyone breaks into my driverside door, the camera won't even wake up.  Any ideas?

 

As you can see, this is the very beginning of its recording.  The driverside door is clearly already open, it didn't pick me up over there.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, send me a picture of this page, and send me a picture of the Wake-up Settings page.

 

2. Would you please go to the camera's Live View page, tap the Record button manually to record a video, reproduce the reported issue, and then share the recorded video with us?
You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it, and then send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.
