Phenomenon Description

On the widget page, the widget consistently displays "Welcome to Tapo" and prompts the user to log in to the Tapo app, even after the user has re-logged in, making the widget unusable.
 

Workaround

1. Uninstall the Tapo app and reinstall it from the App Store.

2. Restart the iPhone/iPad and try again.

3. If the problem remains, we recommend replying to this thread with the following information for further analysis.
    1) The model number and iOS version of your iPhone/iPad.
    2) The Tapo app version. (Tapo app version can be found on Me > About page)
    3) The troubleshooting you did.
    4) Whether the widget has previously worked correctly? Are there any specific features that were used before the widget issue occurred?
