1. What's the MAC address of your hub H200? Sent directly in DM 2. What's the MAC address of your Tapo C410 or C220? You can send me(@Solla-topee) these MAC addresses via a private message. Sent directly in DM 3. Can you control the hub H200 successfully on the Tapo app? Yes 4. Please describe your network diagram. On a PC connected to the same Wi-Fi as the camera, can it ping the camera and hub's IP address successfully? Yes I have a wifi mesh composed of 3 repeaters, I can access any Tapo equipment in the network

Hi,
Thank you for the information provided. 
The Tapo hub you have is Tapo H100, rather than H200 or H500. Please note that Tapo cameras can't connect to H100, and the H100 does not have an SD card slot.

Oh.. Okay my bad then, maybe that should be more visible when you are assigning the Hub on the Camera, specifying the compatible versions, or.. showing all available ups but greyed out as incompatible

Hi,
Currently, the Tapo C410 V1/V1.2/V2 with the latest firmware supports the feature to store video recordings on the SD card inserted into the hub H200 when the camera and hub are under the same network.

Hello, I have a Tapo C410 with firmware version 1.0.24 Build 250314 Rel.64184n, and I would like to kindly ask whether this camera is compatible with the Tapo H200 or H500 device.

Hi,
Yes, the Tapo C410 V1 with firmware version 1.0.24 Build 250314 Rel.64184n supports Wi-Fi connection with Tapo Hub H200/H500 and stores video clips to the Hub.

Hi, My C410 HW Ver: 2.0 and FW Ver: 1.1.6  Build 25.416 (which is also having issue to network connectivity, most of the time it goes offline) can not detect my hub H200. But my C410 HW Ver: 1.20 does.

 

Any thought?

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for further analysis.

 

  1. Please describe your network diagram, such as internet-- wireless router ))) hub, cameras, etc. Are the two cameras and the hub connected to the same router's Wi-Fi?

 

  2. Please check the IP addresses on the cameras and hub and send them to me. You can connect a PC to the same Wi-Fi as the Tapo C410 V2. Try to ping the Tapo C410 V2, C410 V1.2, and H200's IP addresses on the PC and check if you can ping them successfully.
