Hello! Iam from Argentina My problem is that the camera freezes, the loading icon appears in the app over the image of the camera freezes. The camera status LED is green Camera c310 v2 firmware 1.3.11 build 231116

When an issue occurs, does smart device work in the local network? YES

 

How often does this problem occur? How do you restore the connection, such as restarting the smart plug or rebooting the router? a couple of times a day, I solved it by restarting the camera from the application

 

With wifi and network cable the exact same thing happens, now I have it with a network cable

 

I have another C310 camera that does exactly the same I have two C110s that work perfectly.

It's not recommended to post your TP-Link account (email address) on the thread. Please remove it.

 

Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.

1. Please go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Advanced Settings page, select Compatible Mode on the Display Settings, and check if it helps.

2. Is the camera connected to the Router's Wi-Fi directly, or are there several APs for the camera to connect?

3. If you only have the problem when watching the camera's live feed remotely, please ensure your phone has stable and fast internet when streaming the camera remotely.

1) only options in the image

2) direct to the router in a wired way

3) the problem is not when i watch the camera live from the app, its at a random time of the day without me watching the camera

1. Please ensure the Tapo app is up to date on your phone.
2. When your iPhone has an issue, please test with a different phone and check if you can watch the camera's live feed.
3. Does the camera show offline on the Tapo app, or does it show online but can't load the live view page?

1) the application is up to date
2) I tested 4 different cell phones, 2 iphones 2 android, in all of them it freezes at the same time.
3) the camera shows online, green led, but does not load the live view.
