The install was fine the camera worked for 20 minutes than i got a notification of a software update .

The app during the update froze i closed the app and reopened it the camera led was fixed red and the camera is not longer connected to phone . I tried reinstalling the camera by deleting it from the app 

But now i can't even setup the camera the led is fixed red i can't connect to the camera

Tried the resetting button on the back 

But the led is still fixed red , camera did not respond with the reset voice 

 please help

camera doesn't broadcast the Tapo_Cam_XXX default SSID
