tilt just quite not enough
I am pretty happy with the Tapo C200 , I have mounted it on the ceiling and inverted the image and i like that I can pan all the way around but I am frustrated at the tilt , I want to be able to tilt right down so I can see directly underneath the camera and it wont let me , gets to a certain point and tells me I have reached the limit of tilt so I cannot see anything directly below the camera whicjh is a shame - any work-arounds? - or any future firmware update that could let it go a bit more past its limit or is it a hardware issue that wont allow it to go further?

@Andy_Ireland I just posted a similar question. It does appear to be a hardware limitation of most (if not all) brands of Pan & Tilt cameras. I am hoping to find a bracket that would allow the cameras to be mounted from the ceiling at a slight angle as this would effectively move the dead space onto a wall in our case. I have found an after-market adjustable wall mount bracket on Amazon that has worked in one location for us. In theory it could work for ceiling mounting but wouldn't look nearly as tidy as a simple wedge shaped bracket would.
