Trying all steps to format the sd card but the camera is still not format the sd card after 80%. But the sd card is working properly in computer, mobile devices where as it is a brand new Samsung sd card. I switched off the camera several times and the result is same. Also format the SD card in FAT32 in computer but still not resolved 😕 very disappointed with tapp camera.

Hi,
Typically, please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you can't format a microSD card.
What should I do if the SD card cannot be formatted/recognized?

As you can find in the below article, the Samsung (256 GB, EVO plus U3, V30, A2, SDXC1) is not supported by any Tapo/Kasa cameras. It's suggested to use a different microSD card on your camera.
What Type of microSD Card does Tapo/Kasa Camera Support?
