I have an C225 which works perfectly but my C520ws does not. My network setup is as follow and basic troubleshooting result:
Router model : Redmi ac2100
The issue is still there even when I download the video from the cloud.
Any help is much appreciated!

Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. Do you have a problem when watching the camera's live feed?
2. Can you send me(@Solla-topee) a video showing the reported issue? You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it, and send me the link via a private message.
3. If you can connect the camera to your router by an ethernet cable, please try it and check if it helps.
