Hello, we have 9 tapo cameras.

The reason why we wanted the camera was to increase the security since we are living in 2 different countries.

The problem is that those cameras are very often going offline by them self without any reason!!!!

You see, it does not help me that you provide the troubleshooting informations because i am living in another country!!

When a customer purchase such a product, it should be very much granted that the product is working properly before you place it on the market and sell it!!

Now tell me what am i suppose to do when my camera in SPAIN is NOT working and i am living in NORWAY????
