I have issues after updating one camera to latest firmware. I have Tapo c220 and video freezes on the camera which was updated.

Video is recorded on sd-card only, no cloud.

I did also reformatting of sd-card, didn't helped. Did reboot of camera and also unplug for like 20 mins, nothing helped. Video freezes or jumping, like we can see man in one place and then he jumps for couple of meters :)

The firmware version is 1.3.1 Build 250228 Rel. 67905n.

Second camera is still on the old fw version 1.2.5 and no issues there...

Tried to find advice here how to downgrade this faulty fw version but seems it is not supported :(

Update: It looks the issue is with watching of video which was recorded after updade. I downloaded video on my phone and there is no problems shown. If I watch the same on camera, then is freezes, etc.
