I have just installed my Tapo C310 and am trying to configure it to store to my H200 smart hub. I already have a Tapo door bell connected and storing to the hub on the same network.

 

When I try to do the same on the C310 I only get the option for SD card storage locally or cloud storage. Having looked on the list of compatible hub devices the C310 does appear to be listed and I have updated hub and camera to the latest firmware.

 

Please could someone let me know what I'm doing wrong!

Hi,
Currently, the latest firmware of the Tapo C310 V2 is 1.4.1 Build 241204 Rel.58421n, which does not support the feature to store video recordings on the SD card inserted into a Tapo H200.

 

Where did you see the Tapo C310 V2 support storing video recordings on the SD card inserted into the hub? You can send me a link to that page, and we will correct the info if possible.

  @Solla-topee I saw the same message when I first tried to connect my c310'to the h200. I'd love to know when.

We do not have the information about when the new firmware for the Tapo C310 will be released. It's suggested to pay attention to the Tapo C310's firmware release notes on our official website.
