Hi,
Do you have a problem factory resetting your Tapo C320WS? If so, please try the following steps.

1. Turn off the camera and wait for two minutes.

2. Remove the SD card from the camera and disconnect the camera from your router.

3. Turn on the camera with the original power adapter and wait for another two minutes.

4. Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it.
  1) If the camera does not respond to the reset operation, please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot.
What to do if my Tapo Camera gets bricked after a firmware update?
  2) If the camera can be reset successfully and has a flashing red and green light, you can try to configure it via the Tapo app.

Best Regards
