After upgrading to last version, after returning from privacy mode each time, IR won't working until reboot camera, that happened lately after upgrading to latest version

Hi,
Is the problem that after you turn off the privacy mode, the camera won't go into the night mode even if you have selected Night mode on the camera's Live View page? If not, please describe the problem phenomenon in detail.

 

Could you please send us a video showing the reported issue? You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it, and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.

Thank you for the video provided, and please confirm the following info for further analysis.


  1. On the camera's Live View page, is the Video Mode set to Auto mode?
  2. On the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, please check the hardware and firmware versions.
  3. Please send me(@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
  4. Can you insert an SD card into the camera?

A new firmware has been pushed to your camera, please update it via the Tapo app and check if it helps.

 

If the problem persists, please refer to the instructions below to collect the camera log for further analysis.
