Très déçu de Tapo qui n’arrive pas à résoudre ce problème de suivi et de retour de la caméra à sa position initiale.

Je devais racheter une caméra, je vais me tourner vers une autre marque comme Reolink.

  1. What's your TP-Link camera's model number, firmware, and hardware version? You can find them in the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page.
  2. When and where did you purchase the camera? 
  3. Please describe the phenomenon you are experiencing and the troubleshooting you did.

After performing pan and tilt correction, the camera does return to its default position after tracking, but over time, in tracking within just 12 hours, the camera position shifts little by little, in the case of my tapo c520ws, it shifts upwards little by little, it is very annoying and I have to do pan and tilt correction again to return to the default position within 1 day, very boring,

Tp-link n'apporte aucune solution !

On se noie dans leurs explications... J’ai tout tenté, ça fonctionne un peu, puis le décalage revient. 

C’est inadmissible pour une caméra à ce prix.

 

Bref, c’est la première et la dernière caméra que j'achète chez eux.
