ich habe mir die C200 (gebraucht) gekauft, um ein Babyphone zu haben, dass auch außerhalb der Funkreichweite verwendet werden kann.
Lokal über WLAN funktioniert die Steuerung prima. Sobald ich mich aus dem WLAN verabschiede, verliert die Cam jedoch die Verbindung. Port 554 ist freigegeben, ebenfalls IP4V.

You can follow the steps below to check if they are helpful.
1. Press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. Then, the camera will have a flashing red and green light.
2. Try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, configure the camera with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control it remotely.
If the camera has the same behavior, please confirm the following information.
1. Is the Tapo C200 a second-hand device?
2. Do you have an invoice or purchase record? If so, please send me a screenshot of it.
3. Send me the pictures showing the camera and the label (with MAC address) on it.
You can upload the pictures to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
