Bought H500 hub and a new C560WS camera. I've discovered they are not compatible. Even though Tapo are promoting the new Hub. Tapo could easily state in the camera advertising that it is not compatible with the H500 hub, but you have to dig deep in tapo web pages to discover this. I feel cheeted and deceived and have wasted a lot of hard earned money. This incompatibility with Tapo latest H500 hub should have been clearly stated in the advertisement.
