Hi,

I have the Tapo C220 camera.

The time stamp on my recordings is an hour ahead, is this a time zone setting or is it the physical time setting? How do I change this?

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon.

1. What's the Tapo app version you have installed on your phone? Please update the Tapo app if it's not the latest one.
2. On the camera's Live View page, are the date and time correctly?
3. Are your video recordings stored on the inserted SD card or our cloud server?
4. What's your camera's MAC address? Please send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
