Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing a bizarre issue with my Tapo C520WS V2. It is connected through a wired connection, suddenly started exhibiting the same problem:

- Using Tapo app,when I play videos under [Playback and Download] it starts for 1-2 seconds, then freeze for 2 seconds, then fast-forward to the end.

Here are the details:

- Camera model: [Tapo C520WS]
- Connection: 1 camera via network cable to the internet router - Internet: 100Mbps download, 100Mbps upload fiber (stable, no changes)
- Firmware: Updated on all cameras

- I use my camera with Tapo hub H200 and have a 256gb SD card installed in it.

- Recording at 2K quality 
- Restarted cameras, switch, and router multiple times

Interestingly, about 2 out of 10 videos download normally, while the rest exhibit the issue.

The cameras were working fine when i installed it then suddenly after 2-3 days this issue arose. I've tried troubleshooting, but I'm stumped.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

PS: I have a Tapo C320WS with the exact same connection and it is 25m away from the router and connected through ethernet and it is working perfectly fine and the Tapo C520WS is 10m away from my router and having the issue, The only difference is that the Tapo C320WS was connceted through a POE Splitter and the Tapo C520WS was directly connected to a LAN cable (the power cable was directly connected to the lan cable) and then near the router it was powered through a 9V 1A Adapter.
