Model: Tapo C310
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.1

I have two C310 cameras.

One of them works just fine but the other has a problem at night. It looks like there is rain or snow moving quickly by the camera during the night, almost like driveing in to a snowstorm.

We have tried resetting the camera, updating firmware, and such to no avail. There are no light sources by the camera that should mess with it in any way.

Hi,
For the reported phenomenon, the following article may be helpful.
Why does the Tapo camera's live feed appear snowy or rainy at night?
Best Regards
