@SA-STIC
Hi,
If you do not manually pan & tilt the camera to a different angle, please confirm the following information.
1. Please go to the Tapo app > Me > Device Sharing > your camera page to see if it's shared with other accounts. If so, you can delete all shared accounts for a try. The shared account has permission to pan & tilt the camera in the Tapo app.
2. On the Tapo app > Smart Tab, please check if there are any Automation or Shortcuts entries that can pan & tilt the camera. If so, turn off or remove these entries for a try.
3. If your camera is connected to third-party devices (such as Alexa Echo, Google Home, Chromecast, or ONVIF clients), disconnect them to ensure only authorized users have access.
4. If someone has your TP-Link account, they can log in to the Tapo app to pan & tilt the camera. Please refer to the instructions below to change the password of your TP-Link account and enable the 2FA feature to protect it. Please do not share your account with others. Then, you can check whether the camera will stay at the same angle.
