Hi

I have 2 C310 and 1 C320 that are playing up. Reseting them didnt work so i deleted them and now am trying to reinstall them but the red light is constant, when i reset it flashes then goes constant.

I am at a loss as what to do now.

Any ideas how i can fix this please.

I have spent the last month trying everything i can think of but nothing is working.

Hi,
You can try the following steps and see if they help.

  1. Turn off your camera, and remove the SD card from it if there is one. Turn the camera back on with the original power adapter and cord.
  2. Wait for two minutes, press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. Then, check the LED status on the camera.
  3. If the LED is flashing red and green, you can try to reconfigure the camera in the Tapo app: How to set up the Tapo camera
  4. If the camera's LED remains solid red, please try to connect it to your router with an Ethernet cable, then check if you can set it up. If yes, remove the camera from the Tapo app after it displays online in the Tapo app, then check if it has a flashing red and green light. If so, you can set up the camera and connect it to your router's Wi-Fi.

Best Regards
