C110 "Pink" (via app)
Morning all,
So I recently upgraded 2 of my C110's to 'latest' versions - and after a while, I've found that, they go "PINK" when checking via the app - even the recording is PINK.
I thought maybe it was faulty, but it seems another one that I purchased AFTER, is now doing the same thing.
Yes, a reboot fixes it or changing the day/night mode fixes it, but what is the ultimate fix?

Just some more info, so since i have 2 of these models (both hardware and firmware are the same)
I've decided to setup the 1 camera to have 2K (video quality) and then FPS 15FPS and the other will be 25FPS but it will also be 2K (video quality)

I'm also going to turn UPNP off on the 1st camera and leave it on the 2nd camera.
So basically, the 1st camera is in my lounge and gets more traffic than where the 2nd camera is.
Any other tests anyone wants me to do, please let me know.

Hi,
You can try to select Compatible Mode in the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Advanced Settings > Display Settings page to see if it helps.

@Solla-topee I've done this on the "Lounge" camera but left the settings as per usual on the other camera that also had the "Pink" issue. Thanks.

Hi,
If the camera's live view page keeps being pink, please provide the following information for further analysis.
1. Please refer to the instructions below to enable the camera's Diagnostics option. Then reboot the camera, wait until the live view page turns pink, and reply to us once you have collected the camera log.

2. Please send us a screenshot of the camera's live view page that shows the pink color.
