Hi, my cloud storage on my Tapo has stopped working for over 12hrs now (since 7:33 this morning). The live camera is still working but I'm not getting any notifications and any detected events go into the SD card icon storage when I'm paying for the cloud premium. I'm in the UK. Have done everything my end I possibly can to troubleshoot and fix. Wondering if others are having the same issues ? I saw on the news that the Amazon AWS servers have been hit in the UAE and damage caused and I asked customer service if this could be the problem, they replied saying that their cloud servers are in the USA and are not aware of issues their end, but it definitely can't be anything my end?

Our cloud server does not experience the disconnect phenomenon. For the reported phenomenon, please confirm the following information for further analysis.


  1. Do you mean the detection video clips are stored on the SD card inserted into the hub H200, but you can't receive detection notifications, and no cloud video clips are stored?
  2. Can you control the doorbell camera and hub remotely when your phone is using mobile data only?
  3. Please send me (@Solla-topee) your camera's MAC address via a private message. You can find it in the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page.
