I have attempted multiple times to activate the color mode during daylight by accessing the camera’s Live View page and ensuring that the mode is set to “Auto.” However, the issue persists. Please note that just a few days ago, the camera was functioning properly and displaying the view in color mode without any problem.

Just one month before I have buy this camera with lot of expection but now I am very disappointed with this service. Kindly provide a proper and effective solution to resolve this issue at the earliest.

Hi, 
Please provide the following information about the reported phenomenon for further analysis.
  1. During the day, if the camera's live view page is in black & white, even if the video mode is set to Auto mode, please go to the camera's Live View page and set the video mode to Day mode. Does the camera display a colorful image? If so, please send us a picture of the camera's live view page.


  2. Then, change the video mode to Auto mode, and check if the camera's live view page remains in color or not.

 

You can upload the picture of the live view page to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
