Camera not connecting on iOS devices but works on android?
After updating both my iPhone and iPad to the most recent iOS update, my Tapo camera C510W isn't usable in the app. The camera still operates fine (takes recordings, sends movement notifications etc) but when I click on the camera for live view in the iOS app it says "tap to refresh" and when I go on to playback & download it says "network is unstable. Please try again later".
However, when I try on my Android phone it works perfectly fine, I can view the live camera and watch the recordings.
Is anyone else having this issue on iOS devices? And how do I fix this?

@Matt5115 Yes. You describe exactly the issue that brought me here. Three C325WB. I didn't realise it was Apple only but certainly my iPhone and iPad can no longer access them.

My pan and tilt cameras C530WS have been working brilliantly for over a year, then suddenly they are very slow to connect to app, tap to refresh, won't playback recordings, nothing has changed from me.
Further improved wifi, tried static ip, format memory card, rebooted cam. Still terrible. Without fast camera to app connection it's useless. Is it the iOS compatibility? Can you fix it?

Hi,
After our investigation, the reported phenomenon should now be resolved. Please test on your iOS device to confirm whether you can successfully view the camera's live feed and video recordings.
If you continue to experience any problems, please provide the following information.
1. What phenomenon are you experiencing? For instance, are you still seeing "Tap to refresh" on the live feed page and "Network is unstable" on the playback page?
2. Please provide your iOS device's iOS version and Tapo app version.
Best Regards
