C310 thumbnails don’t correspond with videos

Model: Tapo C310  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.11

My C310 records motion activity video, but when I select a thumbnail on 2024-11-8, it plays the video recorded on 2024-11-4.

I select other thumbnails, the same thing happens.
Is anyone experiencing the same behaviour?

 I ran camera reboot from the Tapo app.
Now it's working fine.

Hi,
You can check if the following steps will help:
1. Update the Tapo app to the latest one.
2. Reboot the camera, and then check if you can watch the video recordings properly.

 

If the problem remains, please check:
1. The Tapo app version.
2. Do you have a problem when watching the video recordings stored on the SD card or cloud server?
3. Send us a video showing the reported issue
