Best Set-Up for a 3-Story Home
I have the Deco AXE5300, 3-pack on order from Cosco and I live in a 3-story, 1500 sq ft townhome. My Spectrum cabel Internet connection and modem are located in a third floor bedroom that I use as my office. I plan to connect the main Deco to my modem and place Deco 2 on the second floor and Deco 3 on the first floor.
Of course the best communication between the Deco units in this sitution would be in a daisy-chain fasion, where Deco 3 could communicate directly with Deco 2 and Deco 2 with the main Deco, as opposed to Deco 2 and 3 only able to communicate with the main Deco.
I have read that the Deco Mesh system cannot communicate in a daisy-chain fasion, but I have also seen indications where it can, on this forum. Can anyone set me straight and answer this quistion for me?
Thank you.
