The Parental Control Features Fall under our HomeShield Service and Tab. Most of the devices supporting Homeshield must be configured through the Tether App Interface, however there are a few models that allow for minimal configuration - but the bulk of the controls can be found in the tether app. Try logging into the Tether App using the TP-Link ID used on your Router - your router should appear and will still be configurable from both interfaces.
