Bluetooth 5.0 USB Adapter Code 31. Have gone to TP-Link site and downloaded both USB 5.3 and 5.0 with no success in removing the code 31.

Hey @JTTM,

Can you provide the Model and Hardware Versions you are having difficulties with?

We usually recommend that if the default Windows drivers and the official drivers are not working, to try and use the generic driver for the device.

Also, since you have tried multiple drivers, I would try to uninstall any existing Bluetooth drivers from your PC and restart your PC.

Lastly, make sure that you do not have any other Bluetooth Devices connected to the PC, such as dongles, and that any onboard Bluetooth adapters are disabled.
