Hi,

We just got the XE75 pro home mesh system. So far speeds are consistently higher than with google nest pro. At the time of writing this I noticed that the connection to devices will sorta stutter/pause.

I am a gamer on my free time and in discord with my friends, which is how i noticed this. My games will "freeze" for a few seconds and then run fine and peoples voices will just pause, not seemless.

After I did the setup of the network I didn't really use the wifi right away, I decided to update the firmware so i didn't get to see a comparison of how the network runs before and after updating. I don't want this stuttering to be an issue since we just got these. Like I said before, outside of these random sutters/freezes Im looking forawrd to keeping. I did the network optimization and it did find some fixes, but that didn't solve the main issue.

I am new to networking and what tools I have with TP-link. So if anyone has had a similar experience and found a fix let me know. Thanks!

  @SountLex

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

Is the gaming device(can I have its model number?) connected to the main Deco via an Ethenret cable, or by WiFi(6GHz or 5GHz)?

---If it is connected by WiFi, please disable "Mesh Technology" for the gaming device and set the connection preference, such as the 6Ghz band and the nearest Deco XE75 Pro?

How to select a preferred signal source on the Deco App

By the way, How many Deco XE75 Pro do you have? Are they wirelessly connected together?

Or can I have some screenshots of the network map on the Deco APP, such as:

Wait for your reply and best regards.
