Parental Controls Reward button missing
I pay for the HomeShield Pro plan on a yearly subscription. Maybe a week or 2 ago, when I look at any of the profiles for my family, the "Reward" button is gone. I only see the "Block" button take the full width of the app on my iphone. I was thinking it may be related to an app update or firmware release so I've been waiting it out. But at this point I thought I would bring it up just in case nobody is aware of the issue.
What do you need from me to assist with troubleshooting the issue?

seems like an easy fix for a missing button that was there before. App was updated two days ago and it still isn't fixed. Why??

I received an email this morning:
"This issue will be fixed at the 3.10.404(2308) version, which is under the beta testing process."

Hi,
With the new Deco app (v3.10.404) installed, please check whether the client device under the parental control profile loses internet access when entering Bedtime/Offtime. If so, please confirm whether the 'Adjust/Reward' button appears once the profile actually enters the Bedtime/Offtime period?
