I have 1 camera on a 10 camera plan but when i try to 'Manage' the subscription- nope, it's all grayed out.
I just wanted to change it to the 1 camera plan; but now I don't want to do business with you.

It's funny, 'you can cancel your plan any time....' it's ALL GRAYED OUT. I just wanted to change the plan. Not cancel it.

@elmoreohio,

For any subscription that goes through Apple's payment process, you must unsubscribe from your Apple account settings on your phone. This also means that any plan changes have to go through their systems as well, so you would need to cancel your subscription and then choose the per-camera option.
