Hi,
Please confirm the following information regarding your concerns.

  1. When the camera is connected to the solar panel, whether it displays online in the Tapo app and functions well, however, the battery status always shows 0%?
  2. On the camera's Device Settings > Battery status page, please tap 'Past 7 Days', then scroll down the page and send us the screenshots of the Battery Level, Battery Usage, Time of Use, Wake-up Times, and Solar Energy Output sections.

Best Regards

Our solar panel seemed to work for a couple of months but stopped working.  We only became aware as we received messages about the steady decline of the battery.  I think that was sometime in October.  I brought the camera inside and charged it through the USB connection and the power adapter, so we know that connection works fine.  I then remounted it outside.  When we use the new Solar Charging Data feature in the app, we get a message that there is no power supply connected.  I unplugged and replugged the cable from the solar panel to the unit a couple of times-it's seems to be securely connected.
