Hi
I well receive the notifications when the camera is detecting a movement or a people but when I click on it it shows nothing but the on live video.
It seems that the camera does not register the event triggering the notification even with a SD Card inside.
Please can you help me ?

You can wait for one minute after receiving the notification and then click on it to check if you can see the detection video recordings stored on the SD card.
If not, please go to the camera's Device Settings>Storage & Recordings page to confirm the microSD card status is Good, ensure the microSD Card Recording is enabled, and the Recording Schedule settings are correct.
If you tap the notification right after it's received, the video clip may be saving to the SD card, so you are directed to the live view page instead of the playback page.
