My tapo c200 works on mobile that is connected on home network but my other phone that is not connected on same wifi do not show the camera device. 
I am using same to-link id to login on the tapo app on both the mobile devices but one Tapo app shows the camera while the other does not show any device. 
please help

Hi,
From your description, it may be the Tapo C200 does not have internet access or is not bound to a TP-Link account. You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
 

Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. Send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of the camera and your TP-Link account via a private message.
2. What's the LED status on the camera? 
3. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet when connecting to your router's Wi-Fi?
4. What troubleshooting you have done?
