Hi,

 

Just bought a C210, mainly so I can.access the camera remotely via my mobile (samsung S23 ultra) however when I'm not connected to my wifi, the camera drops off the Tapo app. This is the only reason I bought the camera so hopefully this is a quick fix. Please help 🙏

You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot the reported issue.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
 

If the problem remains, please try to factory reset the camera, enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, reconfigure the camera with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and check if you can control it remotely.
