Firmware Version: 1.4.7

i have using two camera of tapo model c210 and c200 and in both cases when i open application from different places the live footage were lagging too much but when i connect mobile from same wifi which the camera connected then live footage is running smoothly.. thi happen recently after some updates before update it runs smoothly..

Hi,
You can refer to Case 3 in the following instructions to troubleshoot.
What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
1. On the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, please tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
2. Do you have the lagging phenomenon whenever you stream the camera remotely? How long do you need to wait for the live view page to load successfully?
