If you fail to set up the camera and it can't connect to your router's Wi-Fi, please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
If the camera was working before but now fails to connect to your router's Wi-Fi, you may try to press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it, then reconfigure it in the Tapo app.
