Viewing Tapo C200 through Windows 10 PC

While I can view my Tapo C200 through the mobile app, I would also like to use a PC to view it. Is there some way I can view it using my PC?

Won't buy one of these until I can access them from a PC. It's eminently silly that you can't!!!

@Solla-topee when I try to watch the stream via VLC I am asked for user/pass. Tried that from the tplink account as well as all blank but no luck.

Hello @zeermou
It seems that the app does not work on the certain computer, you could try a different PC/ Laptop or try some other apps shared by our community members like Android Emulator / ONVIF device manager etc. Can you start a new thread and share the error, the url and some exact case details if you have trouble using the apps.Thanks.

None of the solutions listed work.
You cannot view the time line or access the cameras SD Card.
TP-Link need to create a simple application for Windows PC to view their cameras

I'm adding for others little things to make it more simple:
On VLC application: giving address with password: rtsp://username:password@192.168...:554/stream1 - password is from mobile application on cam device settings -> advanced settings -> camera account (simple without email)
On linux you can get screenshot for own use:
ffmpeg -y -i rtsp://username:password@192.168...:554/stream1 -vframes 1 picture.<extension_forum_blocking>

I see (on a couple of older threads also, now locked) that many can't make it work on VLC via RTSP.
I have two C310, they were working well with VLC until randomly they didn't. I tried many of the suggestions (simple lowercase username/password, opening ports on the modem, rebooting etc), nothing worked for me.
In case it helps, by luck I think I found a solution, it's weird:
I open VLC, open network stream, enter rtsp://myusername:mypassword@myip/steam1 (with :554 or without). Every time nothing.
I open VLC, enter rtsp://myip/stream1, enter myusername and mypassword. Nothing.
However, if I enter rtsp://myip/stream1, enter myusername and leave password black, then it asks again for password, I enter mypassword. It works!
