Cant access/missing clips from 27/7 recording

Not sure if I'm posting at the right place but this is very frustrating and I need some help...
I got a kasa camera and am having some issues with the 24/7 hr recording function. I literally just had a creeper lurking around my front door and was notified by my blink cameras. Now, my blink cameras only record a few seconds so I couldn't tell where the guy went, so I opened my kasa app...which I have a kasa camera pointing at my front door from my bedroom window. But I just can't get access to my clips...it keeps saying "other errors".... I'm freaking out right now and furious....spent money on camera and when incidents happen I can't even play back the clips....Help anyone? Or maybe I should just return this piece of crap.

Thank you for your feekback, we wiill try our best to assist with the issue. May I know the model of your kasa camera & brand and capacity of your SD card?
Please make sure you have enabled 24/7 recording and SD card has been recognized by Kasa (shows the storage)
Also ensure your Kasa app and device firmware are both up to date.
