I have 1 c110 and 3 c200 tapo cctv and wasn't able to reformat and use SD cards. I've got 3 SD cards, but no luck.
Is there any solution for this issue?
I don't wanna spend more money to buy a new SD cards.

Please help confirm the following information if the problem persists.
1. What error message appears when you format the SD card on the Tapo app? 

 

2. What model number, format, and capacity of your three SD cards?

 

3. Please use the H2testw tool to test whether the SD cards are good or fake, and below are the instructions. Please send me the pictures of the test results.

Ok, this is really too much. People are complaining about sd card issues since 2020, and you still claim that there are isuues with sd cards. This is not true, Fix your product or stop selling them. Ptoblem with Tapo and sd card is reported all over the internet, look here: https://www.reddit.com/r/TpLink/comments/vr7bkr/tapo_c210_micro_sd_card_issues/. TP-link, take responibility. This are not SD card related, but Tapo camera related problems.
