We plan to install some Tapo C325WB cameras in two location where there is no possibility of Internet access. We understand that access to the installed devices would therefore be by connecting to the Access Point(s) that the devices are paired with. In such circumstances, if the devices are shared with other users via the Tapo App, are these other users able to access the devices when connected to the relevant SSIDs or is some Internet access required to validate their access permissions? Users will have standard mobile phone Internet access in addition to being connected to the "no Internet access" SSIDs.
