Poor Audio Quality C225 C500
I recently bought Tapo C225 and C500 cameras. The audio quality of both cameras is poor, so I can't hear conversations clearly. They are much worse than my old TP-link cameras. I notice that the background noise level of the old cameras is high, but I can hear the conversations clearly. I think the issue of the new cameras is caused by the noise cancellation. But I can't find a way to disable the noise cancellation feature.
I read from another post that other users of C220 solved this issue with another firmware:
https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/658276
I would like to know where I can find the firmware to disable noise cancellation for C225 and C500. Thanks a lot!

Hi,
On the Tapo app>camera's Device Settings>Device Info page, you can find its MAC address. And you can send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address via a private message.

hello, I also have the same issue with my D225 video doorbell. The sound from the speaker means that there is no way that I can actually understand what anyone is saying because it's so echoing and so crackly so I was just wondering if you could also send me the link to be able to try and sort out the voice control on my video doorbell so that I don't get rid of this noise disturbance from the crackling and echoing as I can't hear anything at all from the actual doorbell.
