Map won't load
Hi, My maps won't load on my Tapo app. I've tried replacing with the back up map but it keep reverting back to a map that isn't labelled.
Is it an issue with the vaccum?

What do you mean by isn't labelled? The map that hasn't had further editing done, like dividing rooms, adding no-go zones, etc?
Do you receive any error when clicking restore the map? Try to make the changes when your phone connects to the same WiFi as the robot vacuum, see if that helps.

@Wayne-TP Hi Wayne, it won't restore my map. And I tried a soft reset so my saved maps are not available. It will only go to the blue map, I can load 1 saved maps but it reverts back to the blue map within 2 seconds.
The blue map isn't accurate so I can't even use that to direct it.
I have attached a picture of the screen I see if you can see.
No error message comes up. When I click rooms it says the rooms feature is not available.
The hoover itself is working, but it's not syncing with the app maybe??

Disable the Auto-Switch on the Maps page then try to restore the map again.
Is your Tapo app updated? Make sure your phone has a stable network connection when making changes to the robot vacuum, disable VPN on the phone if any.
