Firmware Version: Latest one 14. Somthing

Camera is not working properly sometime is led turn into orange colour & say your divice is offline and recorded every this but not showing live so I need to switch off and on again to reset it and ot start working and again it happens so many times

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if your camera keeps going offline.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going Offline?
 

Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
  1. Is the LED flashing orange or solid orange when the issue occurs?
  2. List the troubleshooting you did and the result.
  3. What's the model number of your router? Please describe your network diagram.
  4. How often does the issue happen?
