My camera stopped recording
Can anyone help me? My cameras stopped recording. I'm receiving detection alerts and can watch live, but they're not recording. There's still plenty of space left on the memory card.

Hi,
Please try the following steps if your camera can't store video recordings on the inserted SD card.
1. Please refer to the following instructions to check if your storage settings are correct.
How can I store the Tapo camera video recordings on a microSD card
2. Try rebooting the camera in the Tapo app on the camera's Device Settings > Reboot Camera page.
3. Try removing the SD card from the camera and inserting it again.
