Hi, thank you very much for your feedback.
For the speed issue on the Samsung devices(<0mbps), it is recommended to test the new beta firmware here:

Hi, can I have the model numbers of the mobile devices that can't authenticate when connecting to Deco WiFi?
For the laptops with Intel AC 8265, it connects and ping gets through, but no internet, which I think might be similar to the "close to 0 Mbps bandwidth" issue on the Samsung devices when connecting to Deco.
If possible, it is also recommended to test the new beta firmware here:https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/856648
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

@Ryan
Hi
Just tried to update with the new release but I get "Upgrade failed. Please select the latest version of firmware to upgrade."
I'm now trying to upgrade from ver. 1.3.1 Build 20251023 Rel. 43624.
All the best,
A.
Edit: double checked. Installing ver. XE75Pro_XE70Pro-SP1-up-ver1-4-999-P1[20260319-rel38541]_2026-03-19_10.43.56.bin from ver. 1.3.1 Build 20251023 Rel. 4362 returns me that error.

I'm also getting an error message when trying to upload/install the firmware: "Upgrade failed. Please select the latest version of firmware to upgrade."
Edit: NVM. I accidentally was trying to upgrade to an older firmware. Currently updating to the newer firmware. 👍
