I have new broadband service and can't reset the configuration of my KL125 bulbs. After cycling power 5 times,  the bulbs (4) don't respond. Is there another way to force the bulb to reset it's configuration?

They just remain on and can't be seen when attempting to add a new KL100 series bulb on the Kasa app.

  @Zepheniah,

The Power Cycling is the official way to reset these devices. I would recommend making sure that you wait a short time between each power cycle so that the devices are able to start their boot-up process.

After a successfully reset, the light should flash or have an indicator that the device has been reset and is now in setup mode. This behavior must be seen before trying to add the devices to the Kasa App.
