Tapo doorbell not recording
Hi, my tapo doorbell is not recording after firmware upgrade. Notification and live view are workng fine. Also It was working perfectly fine before that for several weeks. No change on my router settings or anything else except the firmware upgrade. I check the following according to guide and did the following but not work.
Reset both hub and doorbell and re-pair the two to app - not working
Change DNS router to 8.8.8.8 - not working
Check detection area - all properly set
Check scheduling for recoding- all properly set
Check sd card - only use 3gb out of 256gb available.
Check manually recording- all good
Uninstall and reinstall android app - not working
Change hub connection from wired to wireless - not working
What are the other ways to get recording to work? This happens after the firmware upgrade, before that it works.straight from the box without any hassle. Any help is appreciated 👏
